Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is calling all experienced Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians in the North Myrtle Beach, SC area to join our team full-time.

About the role

In this position, you will enjoy a 5-day work week. You will take on consistent automotive repair responsibilities while earning competitive pay. We pay a competitive hourly rate (not flat rate) ranging between $18/hr. and $24/hr. depending on experience and certifications. Technician commissions are earned and paid out every 2 weeks, ranging from $400 to $1400 based on store-level Automotive Repair Net Sales. Hourly rate compensation and commissions earned can lead to annual compensation above $100,000. Technicians can also earn one-time bonuses ($500 each) for certifications earned while a member of the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair customer vehicles to strengthen relationships and uphold our reputation for fast, friendly service.
• Diagnose a range of mechanical issues, clearly explain options, and perform agreed-upon repairs.
• Provide regular maintenance services to keep vehicles in top condition.
• Deliver legendary customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and have a positive experience.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Brake work experience.
• Own tools.
• Honest, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Service-oriented, attentive to detail, and enjoy troubleshooting.
• Able to explain technical information in layman’s terms.

Pay
