We're growing and we'd love to have you grow with us Atlantic Coast Enterprises is calling all experienced Auto Mechanics / Automotive Technicians in the East Longmeadow, MA. area to apply to join our team full-time. Responsibilities

• Help strengthen relationships with customers by properly maintaining and repairing their vehicles.
• Maintain reputation for fast, friendly service.
• Correctly diagnose problems with vehicles, clearly explain options, and make agreed-upon repairs.
• Provide regular maintenance services that keep vehicles in top condition.
• Ensure customers feel valued and have a positive experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Current AATI or ASE certifications
• Valid driver's license
• Brake work experience
• Own your own tools

Skills

• Honest and reliable
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Service-oriented and attentive to detail
• Enjoy troubleshooting
• Can explain technical information in layman's terms

Pay

• Competitive hourly rate (not flat rate) ranging from $18/hr to $24/hr based on experience and certifications.
• Technician commissions earned and paid out every 2 weeks, ranging from $400 to $1400 based on store level Automotive Repair Net Sales.
• One-time bonuses of $500 for each certification earned while employed.
• Combined hourly rate and commissions can lead to annual compensation above $100,000.
