Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair customer vehicles to strengthen relationships and uphold our reputation for fast, friendly service.
• Diagnose mechanical issues accurately, explain options clearly, and perform agreed-upon repairs.
• Provide regular maintenance services to keep vehicles in top condition.
• Deliver legendary customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and have a positive experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Brake work experience.
• Own tools.
• Honest, reliable, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and troubleshoot issues.
• Skill in explaining technical information in layman’s terms.

Pay

• Competitive hourly rate (not flat rate) ranging from $18/hr. to $24/hr., depending on experience and certifications.
• Technician commissions paid every 2 weeks, ranging from $400 to $1,400 based on store-level Automotive Repair Net Sales.
• Potential annual compensation above $100,000 (hourly rate + commissions).
• One-time bonuses of $500 for certifications earned while employed.
