Experience Greeter - Guest Relations
About the role
Experience Greeters reflect a commitment to the ECU Health values: Integrity, Compassion, Education, Accountability, Safety, and Teamwork. They play a vital role in championing the experience of patients, families, and visitors while in ECU Health facilities. As a central point of contact, Experience Greeters welcome, check-in, and assist all individuals who enter an ECU Health facility. They work in partnership with experience coordinators and care teams to connect patients, families, and guests with the appropriate services to meet their needs. Experience Greeters partner with all hospital departments to help ensure every visitor has an exceptional experience. They assist with the visitor screening process, visitor management, and wayfinding using technology and other resources as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, check-in, and assist all individuals entering ECU Health facilities.
- Serve as a central point of contact for patients, families, and visitors.
- Partner with experience coordinators and care teams to connect visitors with appropriate services.
- Collaborate with all hospital departments to ensure an exceptional visitor experience.
- Assist with visitor screening, visitor management, and wayfinding using technology and resources.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) or higher is required.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer relations (preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
Schedule
Day shift, primarily Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends.
