Experience Coordinator - Guest Relations

Experience Coordinators have a unique role at ECU Health, connecting with patients, families, and care teams to listen, advance, elevate, problem solve, partner, customize, and personalize for a positive, memorable experience.

This position works under the direction of the Office of Experience, collaborating with clinical leaders to develop strategies around patient needs, networking with ECU Health team members, and meeting patients where they are to provide necessary support for a life-changing experience. Experience Coordinators assist with visitor screening and management, facilitate virtual connections using technology, visit patient rooms, explain patient and visitor guides, and assist with meal ordering as needed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with patients, families, and care teams to listen, advance, elevate, problem solve, partner, customize, and personalize experiences
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop patient-centered strategies
• Network with ECU Health team members to support patient needs
• Assist with visitor screening and management processes
• Facilitate virtual connections using technology and other resources
• Visit patient rooms to provide support and explain patient/visitor guides
• Assist patients with meal ordering as needed

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher (required)
• 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Schedule

• Full-time position, 1st shift (08:00–16:30)
• Primarily Monday–Friday with rotating weekends
