Experience Associate Manager
About the role
As an Experience Associate Manager, you will work in T-Mobile's newest retail format designed to enhance the service and sales experience. This role involves supporting Senior Mobile Experts in using new systems and tools to solve customer needs and promoting new products.
Responsibilities
- Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
- Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
- Covers all aspects of customer service, including training and leading teams.
- Ensures store performance by taking ownership and providing actionable feedback.
- Trains and certifies team members to deliver the best sales and service experiences.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 12+ months of Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager experience (preferred).
- 12+ months of Associate Coach experience (preferred).
