Experience Associate Manager
About the role
As an Experience Associate Manager at T-Mobile, you will work in our newest retail format designed to elevate the service and sales experience in retail. This role involves working closely with the Experience Store Manager to support Senior Mobile Experts in using new systems and tools to solve customer needs and manage the product roadmap for these locations.
Responsibilities
- Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
- Solves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
- Coaches in all directions and provides actionable feedback that improves performance.
- Takes ownership of store performance.
- Led by example in training completion and staying up to date on product and service knowledge.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 12+ months of Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager experience (preferred).
- 12+ months of Associate Coach experience (preferred).

Pay
