About the role

As an Experience Associate Manager, you will work in our newest retail format, built to elevate the service and sales experience. Our company-owned Experience stores will attract new customers and provide the highest level of service to existing ones, integrating our Team of Experts into retail. You’ll partner with the Experience Store Manager to support Sr. Mobile Experts as an expert resource on new systems and tools, solving customer needs from research to resolution. You’ll also champion new products and a product roadmap designed specifically for these locations.

The Experience store promise focuses on selecting and coaching an experience-obsessed team. You’ll lead teams through curated curriculum and certification programs to deliver the best sales and service experiences. A team-based culture rewards contributions to both experience and store results.

Responsibilities

• Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Coach in all directions and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Take ownership of store performance.
• Lead by example in training completion and staying up-to-date on product and service knowledge.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 12+ months of retail experience (Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager preferred).
• 12+ months of care experience (Associate Coach preferred).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No travel required.

Pay

Base pay range: $28.85 - $48.04 per hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on work location, qualifications, and experience. Annualized incentive target: $9,600. Most employees are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive based on role and performance.
