About the role

We have an Experience and Events Coordinator role that will help you get started with an event planning career. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support for account management, contributing to objectives for retention, profitability, and training backfill. It involves a mix of project management, event coordination, client support, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Site Visit Project Management Support (5%)
  • Regional Event Project Management (20%)
  • SNC Hosted Event Support (10%)
  • Conference/Convention and Event Prep (35%)
  • SWAG/Inventory Management Support (20%)
  • Anniversary & Holiday Gift programs (10%)
  • Travel (minimal)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of work-related experience or college degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Skills and Abilities

  • Typing speed of 40 WPM minimum without error
  • Ability to take direction, prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate knowledge of desktop publishing programs (e.g., Adobe InDesign)
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
  • Familiarity with using AI for event planning and layout optimization

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
