• Cell member cleaning and maintenance schedule adherence
• Tools labeled and stored properly
• Six Sigma methodologies (Implementation thru engineers and cell members)
• Continuous improvement projects tied to specific metrics
• Turn time reduction
• Rework reduction
• Accurate routings and process sheets
• Technology introduction with proper ROI provided.
