About the role

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

Responsibilities

• Production & Assembly: Load and unload parts onto weld tables and fixtures; stage weldments and fixtures as needed in production areas or "Client-down” areas.
• Quality Assurance: Review paperwork before moving items to the next operation as well as keeping an eye out for damaged parts or components.
• Problem Solving: Basic problem-solving skills in a weld and machine environment.
• Material Handling: Have (or achieve) forklift certification and have the aptitude to safely use all material handling equipment including but not limited to; various forklifts, hand carts, cranes, rigging equipment, magnets, and other material handling tools/equipment.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict accordance with company safety protocols. Be a champion of safety for other employees.
• Team Support: Perform additional duties as required to support overall team objectives and production schedules.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with high school diploma or equivalent at minimum.
• Ability to successfully pass crane and rigging training within two months of hire.
• Crane and rigging (lifting) certification or qualification.
• Forklift experience and certification or qualification.
