Exit Booth Agent- Alamo LAX Airport

The Alamo brand is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) branch to provide superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car assignment process.

About the role

This position facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information and vehicle selection for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. The role is based at the LAX Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility at 5251 W 98th St, Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
• Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling option.
• Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image.
• Ensure that the "Booth" is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet customer needs.
• Provide undivided attention to customers while assisting them at the exit booth.
• Make eye contact, greet all customers, and thank them at the conclusion of all transactions.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and service details; resolve customer service issues effectively.
• Perform other customer service duties to ensure our service levels meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Basic experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products.
• Authorized to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observances, must have open availability and be able to work 40 hours per week, including days, nights, graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Starting rate of pay is $25/hour based on a 40-hour workweek.
