Exit Booth Agent - Albuquerque Airport

The National/Alamo brand has an exciting opportunity for an Exit Booth Agent to provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process. This role focuses on greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly, efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process.

This position is located at the Albuquerque Airport (ABQ), Rental Car Area - 3400 University Blvd Suite K, Albuquerque, NM 87119.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control
• Provide additional service to Emerald Aisle members by offering our refueling option
• Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image
• Ensure that Exit Booth is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet customer needs
• Provide undivided attention to customers while assisting them at the exit booth
• Make eye contact, greet all customers, and thank them at the conclusion of transactions
• Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and service details
• Resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently
• Perform other customer service duties to meet service-level needs
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• At least 18 years old

Pay

This position starts at $16.00 per hour with the opportunity to receive a monthly performance-based bonus.

Schedule

• 6am–3pm: Sunday–Thursday (Off: Friday & Saturday)
• 6am–3pm: Wednesday–Sunday (Off: Monday & Tuesday)
