Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and communicate the company's Cyber Operations vision and strategy to all stakeholders
- Identify and lead new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize product offerings
- Operational Oversight
- Monitor departmental operations and manage customer relationships
- Oversee revenue generation and preside over operations
- Manage logistics, staff planning, and supervision for administrative, personnel, and logistical requirements
- Conduct stand-up meetings with teams to discuss progress and challenges
- Review product roadmaps and provide feedback
- Meet with other executives to ensure cohesive strategy alignment
- Analyze market data to make informed positioning decisions
- Financial Management
- Analyze financial reports and minimize Cyber Operations expenses
- Work with audit committees to prepare budgets
- Manage all financial functions, including controlling/accounting, board reporting, and treasury management
- Decision-Making and Leadership
- Contribute to key business decisions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and major financial strategies
- Athrive, retain, and motivate staff
- Mentor and guide product managers and their teams
- Advanced degree in business or a related field, such as an MBA
- 10-15 years of experience in senior management roles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity for strategic thinking and tactical action
