Executive Vice President (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Vice President (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This senior leadership role will guide operational execution across a complex business environment, with a strong emphasis on growth, accountability, and organizational performance. The position will partner closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into measurable business results. It will also play a key role in developing talent, strengthening operational discipline, and aligning long-term technology direction with broader business objectives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $190,000 – $218,000 annually Responsibilities Steer and inspire the executive team to meet business targets Implement operational excellence initiatives to drive continuous improvement Achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets in collaboration with management Develop leadership talent within the organization Provide quarterly briefings to senior corporate managers on business results Deliver monthly business updates to senior executives Establish long-term technology strategies with the public sector leadership team Qualifications Minimum of ten years of experience in senior leadership roles At least 5 years of experience in the Law Enforcement and Justice market preferred Experience with the related business group is a plus Proven ability to manage a multi-functional team of 75+ members Experience overseeing a Profit and Loss statement with $15M+ in revenue Benefits Remote work opportunity Participation in the company bonus program Comprehensive health benefits 401K matching Stock options Career development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
