About the role
This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a hospitality and recreation environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance in line with business goals
- Oversee comprehensive risk management processes and ensure alignment with regulatory standards
- Establish an assessment and assurance program to evaluate cybersecurity posture regularly
- Lead regulatory and audit reporting related to cybersecurity incidents and threats
- Manage the third-party cybersecurity risk program and ensure compliance with standards
- Oversee identity, cloud, and security architecture standards at the executive level
- Direct incident response and recovery efforts, ensuring thorough post-incident reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
- Demonstrated leadership in security strategy, governance, and incident response
- Strong familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks like FFIEC, GLBA, NIST
- Ability to convey technical risk effectively to executive leadership and boards
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
Pay
$225,000 – $275,000 annually
