Overview
The EVP, Analytics pioneers client growth through an audience-obsession that strategically blends upstream audience insights and intelligence with downstream audience attribution and measurement to supercharge marketing performance outcomes. They combine creative storytelling and discovery with performance, martech, and data levers to unlock meaningful marketing experiences at scale. With pharma experience, they navigate the nuances of DTC and HCP marketing tactics to improve marketing value gains. From identifying untapped audiences via marketing science to optimizing placements, platforms, and partners, this leader’s team blurs traditional agency siloes to create a 1+1 = 3 effect for clients’ businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire marketing workflow, focusing on campaign measurement, including media, web, creative, and audience analytics.
- Build positive relationships with senior clients and improve collaboration with external agencies, consultants, and vendors.
- Blend art and science, pairing strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills with expertise in numbers, methodologies, and technology platforms.
- Leverage consultant’s acumen to identify solutions, POVs, and pathways toward concrete outcomes, even when answers aren’t immediately clear.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing knowledge sharing, feedback for improvement, and growth opportunities.
- Serve as a role model for team culture, celebrating diversity and inclusion to foster an environment where team members thrive beyond salaries and titles.

Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in strategy, audience insights, research, data science, analytics (media, web, creative, and audience), and martech, with pharma client and global experience.
- Demonstrated leadership influencing product, process, and people.
- Portfolio of past deliverables covering business intelligence, audience creation, market research, media strategy, campaign ideation, measurement reporting and attribution, martech solutions, data science modeling/engineering, and performance marketing.
- Success in building 360-degree relationships with stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
- Experience and disposition for driving organic and new business revenue growth.
- Center of gravity in Paid Media, with adjacencies into Creative, Influencer, and Content spaces.
