Role Overview

The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates, building trusted relationships that enable a successful, end-to-end hiring process. This role requires an understanding of the business, mission priorities, and workforce needs of the client groups supported, as well as current labor-market dynamics. The Recruiter provides data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection to secure top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise and lead the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, and making offers.
  • Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, with a focus on senior-level requisitions.
  • Conduct full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities and deliverables comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting full-lifecycle recruitment activity for clients in the federal government space.
  • Experience with Workday ATS.
  • Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree.
