Accountabilities
- Lead executive searches for Senior Director and executive-level positions, developing comprehensive search strategies and managing candidates through complex hiring processes.
- Identify, engage, assess, and attract high-caliber executive talent through direct sourcing, targeted outreach, market engagement, and proactive pipeline development.
- Partner directly with executive leaders to understand business priorities, facilitate strategic intake sessions, define leadership profiles, and translate organizational needs into effective talent strategies.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by challenging assumptions, identifying talent risks, and providing recommendations based on market data and executive search expertise.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence projects to understand leadership availability, competitor organizational structures, emerging talent trends, and relevant adjacent markets.
- Provide external talent insights that support succession planning, workforce planning, and long-term leadership strategy.
- Conduct executive-level interviews and assessments, evaluating leadership capabilities, business acumen, strategic thinking, impact, leadership style, and change management experience.
- Prepare structured candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations to support objective, informed executive selection decisions.
- Partner with Compensation, HR, and business leaders to develop competitive executive offers and navigate complex compensation and negotiation discussions.
- Build and maintain executive talent communities, leadership talent maps, and proactive pipelines for critical functions and business units.
- Serve as an internal executive search subject matter expert and determine when external retained search firms are appropriate.
- Manage external executive search partners when engaged and optimize the use of external recruiting resources to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Contribute to the continued development of an enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategy and a high-performing executive recruiting function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience with significant exposure to senior leadership and executive-level hiring.
- Demonstrated success leading searches for Senior Director, Vice President, C-suite, Business Unit President, or comparable executive positions.
- Prominent experience partnering directly with senior executives and influencing hiring decisions at the highest organizational levels.
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing, executive talent mapping, market intelligence, and leadership pipeline development.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct sophisticated executive interviews and assessments focused on leadership capability, strategic thinking, business acumen, and organizational impact.
- Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and experience managing complex offer negotiations.
- Exceptional consulting, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Able to challenge assumptions constructively and provide talent recommendations grounded in market realities and business objectives.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to translate external talent-market information into actionable business insights.
- Experience working in an executive search firm, public company, private equity-backed organization, or large corporate environment is preferred.
- Experience within consumer products, manufacturing, supply chain, industrial, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with succession planning, leadership development, and executive talent programs is preferred.
- Knowledge of short-term and long-term executive incentive programs is a plus.
- Able to operate with discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality when handling sensitive executive searches.
Benefits
- Posted base salary range of USD 98,400–139,000 per year.
- Eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, subject to business performance, individual performance, and applicable plan guidelines.
