Executive Secretary -Superintendent
The School Data Specialist will be responsible for entering, updating, retrieving data and creating statistical reports from the student information system. They will assist and communicate with school staff on various aspects of the school records management program, including report set-up. Support will also be provided to staff on the use of programs such as the IEP program and the student information system. Confidential assistance will include preparing correspondence, compiling data, filing of confidential documents, and disseminating information.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, retrieve data and create statistical reports from the student information system.
- Aid and communicate with school staff on various aspects of the school records management program, including report set-up.
- Provide support to staff on the use of various programs, including but not limited to the IEP program and student information system.
- Offer confidential assistance such as preparing correspondence, compiling data, filing of confidential documents, and disseminating information for the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Director for Student Services.
- Compile release of information reports.
- Process requests for student records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Four or more years of experience successfully performing progressively responsible support tasks.
