Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs, ensuring alignment with business targets and customer outcomes.
- Shape and prioritize strategic priorities, epics, and investments, balancing business value, customer impact, and delivery feasibility.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and business teams to align priorities, navigate dependencies, and drive informed decisions.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and value delivery across products, platforms, or customer journeys.
- Shape and evolve a portfolio of product capabilities, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals and innovation opportunities.
- Define a product strategy that aligns with the business vision, managing capabilities and ensuring products meet market demands and drive growth.
- Lead cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment of product strategy and goals.
- Oversee product risk management, including identification of potential risks and development of mitigation strategies.
- Own the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring efficient processes and on-time delivery.
- Deliver clear objectives and key outcomes to steer the product vision and ensure alignment with company business goals and financial targets.
- Monitor product performance through data-driven analysis and insights, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Drive a customer-first approach, ensuring customer insights and feedback are at the core of product strategy and decision-making.
- Understand pricing models, cost structures, and ROI to make financially grounded decisions regarding product development.
- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.
- Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/processes; deliver continuous improvements.
- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
- Collaborate with other areas of the business to keep up to speed with business activity and strategies.
- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought, comparing and selecting complex alternatives.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish key business objectives.

Location
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ or Wilmington, DE offices.
Pay
For Whippany, NJ, the base salary range is $155,000 to $200,000. This position is also eligible for an incentive award.
