For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a VP of Product Management to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. This role partners with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for UMA, SMA, and multi-sleeve capabilities
  • Translate portfolio management operational needs into prioritized product requirements
  • Act as the authority on UMA structures and their impact on asset rebalancing
  • Collaborate with engineering to build scalable solutions for complex workflows
  • Engage with Portfolio Managers and asset managers to validate product delivery
  • Maintain alignment with Advisory Solutions to reflect real-world needs in the roadmap
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic and client demands
  • Represent the company’s capabilities in client meetings and executive reviews
  • Work with Sales and Client Delivery for successful client onboarding
  • Stay informed on industry trends to guide platform investments

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management or investment technology in wealth/asset management
  • In-depth knowledge of managed accounts: sleeves, overlay management, trading discretion
  • Ability to convert complex portfolio management concepts into user-friendly product features
  • Experience in delivering technology solutions to wealth management clients
  • Collaborative track record with engineering and design teams for scalable solutions
  • Strong communication skills, able to present to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Bachelor's degree required; CFA, CIMA, or similar credentials are advantageous

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
