Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs, ensuring alignment with business targets and customer outcomes
- Shape and prioritize strategic priorities, epics, and investments, balancing business value, customer impact, and delivery feasibility
- Partner with senior stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and business teams to align priorities, navigate dependencies, and drive informed decisions
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and value delivery across products, platforms, or customer journeys
- Shape and evolve a portfolio of product capabilities, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals and innovation opportunities
Requirements
- Considerable commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into measurable product outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder guidance and influencing skills, with experience building alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Ample strategic thinking and data-driven judgement capabilities, leveraging insights to prioritize investments and optimize performance
- Remarkable communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience overseeing large-scale transformation programmes, driving innovation, and fostering a customer-centric product culture
