Executive IT Support

Role Overview We are seeking an Executive IT Support Analyst to join a high-touch end-user support team in Rosemont, Illinois. This role provides white-glove technical support to executives, VIP users, and other key stakeholders in a highly customer-focused environment. Success in this position is driven as much by professionalism, communication skills, responsiveness, and relationship-building as it is by technical expertise. This is an onsite opportunity supporting a diverse user base across desktop, mobile, and identity management technologies. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with executives, can deliver exceptional customer service, and takes ownership of issues through resolution. Responsibilities Provide onsite executive-level technical support for end users in a white-glove support environment.Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device, and account access issues.Support Windows and Mac operating systems.Administer and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Azure/Entra ID and Active Directory environments.Provide technical support for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and discretion.Build strong working relationships with users and respond promptly to support requests.Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a seamless support experience.Take ownership of incidents and service requests through successful resolution. Required Qualifications Experience providing end-user, desktop, or technical support in a professional environment.Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to interact confidently and professionally with executives and business leaders.Experience supporting:Windows environmentsMac environmentsMicrosoft Azure / Entra IDActive DirectoryiPhone and iPad devicesAndroid devicesDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and account access issues.Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a proactive approach to support. Preferred Qualifications Executive or VIP support experience.White-glove support experience.Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-touch user populations.Experience in hospitality, luxury service, private clubs, resorts, family offices, or similarly service-focused environments.ServiceNow experience.Experience supporting highly private or high-profile clientele.
