About the role
The Executive Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in enhancing stakeholder engagement across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with key stakeholders
- Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder engagement efforts with broader organizational goals
- Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or stakeholder management roles
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with stakeholder relationship management tools and software is a plus
