Executive Director Regional Lead Americas, People Rewards & Recognition
Shape and drive our rewards strategy across the Americas region, ensuring our programs in Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility effectively attract, engage, and retain top talent. Act as the primary bridge between global strategy and regional execution, leading a diverse team to deliver high-impact People & Culture (P&C) solutions. This role is a member of the PR&R Enabling Team and the P&C US Governance Team.
Responsibilities
- Co-create global rewards and recognition strategies, driving regional execution while adapting to local market needs.
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, using data and cultural insight to anticipate needs, resolve complex challenges, and influence positive change.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive consistency and standardization across the Americas, ensuring robust governance and operational efficiency through cutting-edge technology and workflow redesign.
- Oversee capacity planning, budget management, and service delivery to meet commitments to the business and employees.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility.
- Proven ability to lead complex, matrixed, and multicultural teams, with a track record of driving change and fostering a growth mindset.
- Exceptional ability to co-create global strategy and translate it into regional action, navigating complex business environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills; experience managing diverse stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
- Potential to grow into bigger P&C roles.
Location & Travel
This role is on-site and can be based in South San Francisco, CA or Indianapolis, IN. Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $261,170 to $485,030. The expected salary range for the primary location of Indiana is $198,900 to $369,500. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
