About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute global rewards strategies tailored to regional needs
• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders to anticipate needs and solve complex issues
• Build and mentor a high-performing, collaborative team
• Drive adoption of technology for operational efficiency and governance
• Oversee capacity planning, budgets, and service delivery for commitments to employees and business

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility
• Proven leadership in complex, multicultural environments
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills for co-creating and executing global strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated potential for growth into larger People & Culture roles

Pay

$261,170 – $485,030 annually
