Who You Are

• Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex, matrixed, and multicultural teams, with a track record of driving change and fostering a growth mindset.
• Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to co-create global strategy and translate it into regional action, navigating complex business environments with ease.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and influencing skills; experience managing diverse stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
• Potential to grow into bigger P&C roles

Additional Information

• Location: On-site, can be based in South San Francisco or Indianapolis.
• Travel requirements: Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year.
• Relocation benefits: Not available for this position.

The Opportunity

• Expected salary range: $261,170 to $485,030 for California, $198,900 to $369,500 for Indiana.
• Actual pay: Determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
• A discretionary annual bonus: May be available based on individual and Company performance.
