Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey with a BSN required.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required.
- Eight (8) years of progressively more responsible experience preferably in a university affiliated tertiary care facility, including at least four (4) years in Perioperative management required or as Director of the Operating Room in a medical center.
- Ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Effective communication, organization, and team building skills.
- Strong strategic and analytic ability required.
