With a selection of 30 luxury suites, a Balinese-style spa, the main attraction is the exclusive waterside dining overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
For decades, guests have come to experience this exotic destination, award-winning fare, uncompromising service within a luxurious, yet comfortable Island atmosphere. After a recent multi-million-dollar renovation, prompted by Hurricane Irma, we are welcoming guests to a new and improved Island escape experience while maintaining the magic that is Little Palm Island.

We’re searching for a seasoned hospitality leader with a taste for adventure and a passion for excellence to manage operations on one of the world’s most exclusive private island resorts. Designed for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals, this hidden gem demands more than just operational know-how—it calls for someone who understands what true luxury feels like and can deliver it flawlessly, every time. The right candidate will help drive the Managing Director and NHHR’s vision for this magnificent property.
As the Island Resort Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of the guest experience. You’ll inspire a high-performing, energetic team across rooms division, to include wellness, property ops and marine services—ensuring every detail exceeds expectations. You’ll also forge meaningful, discreet connections with elite guests, making their stay as seamless as it is unforgettable.
Responsibilities
- Lead all housekeeping operations at Little Palm Island
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service throughout the resort
- Oversee the housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory
- Maintain the standards expected of a luxury private-island resort
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations
Requirements
- Proven background in luxury resort, island experience, or hospitality management
- Deep experience working with a Luxury Clientele
- Calm, solution-driven mindset and hands-on leadership style
- Readiness to embrace the beauty and remoteness of island life
- Highly organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
