About the role
The Niceville Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking an experienced housing professional to serve as the Executive Director. The role involves directing all operations of an agency with 111 units of Conventional Public Housing, Multi-Family Housing, and RAD conversion, reporting to a five-member Board of Commissioners.
Responsibilities
- Direct all operations of the agency
- Manage 111 units of Conventional Public Housing, Multi-Family Housing, and RAD conversion
- Report to a five-member Board of Commissioners
- Achieve any necessary certifications as the program evolves
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Finance, or Business Administration
- Five (5) years of experience in the field(s) stated above
- Expected to obtain any required certifications as the program changes
Qualifications
