Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar for the Senior Vice President, Strategy, Portfolio, and Hubs (SPH).
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, team calls, and mail.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare agendas, manage meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure the SVP is well-prepared for meetings with relevant materials and information.
  • Aid in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives led by the SVP.
  • Track progress and provide updates on key projects and deadlines.
  • Work across time zones and manage calendars effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts and departments.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Maintain professionalism and a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with all Corporate, Healthcare and R&D stakeholders in scope of the role, as well as key enabling functions like Communications, HR, Controlling, Legal.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with vendors and a network of contacts to external consultants.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of professional experience supporting senior-level management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working across time zones (domestically and globally)
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of AI concepts and demonstrated curiosity to explore AI-enabled solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of AI concepts and demonstrated curiosity to explore AI-enabled solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
