Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Cook up and support the planning and execution of executive meetings, events, and special projects.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues to streamline daily operations.
- Aid with expense reporting, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks as required.
