About The Role We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Executive Assistant to join our New York City office. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive support to our leadership team, particularly assisting an Executive Vice President and three senior executives within the Business Development division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage a wide array of administrative responsibilities efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless operations and effective coordination across various functions.
