About the role

Signal Advisors is on a mission to solve the retirement crisis. As the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Detroit headquarters and a critical partner to our leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage complex, ever-shifting calendars for key executives, prioritizing meetings with a high level of awareness of business needs.
  • Office Stewardship: Own the day-to-day operations of our Detroit office, including vendor management, supply procurement, and ensuring the space is always client-ready.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate seamless travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for executives and visiting team members.
  • Culture & Events: Partner on the execution of team-building events, local office lunches, and assist with other internal and external events.
  • Special Projects: Take ownership of administrative projects, from internal communications to document preparation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role in a fast-growing company.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides) and Slack.
  • Strong organizational skills with a "measure twice, cut once" approach to logistics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can distill complex plans into simple updates.
  • The ability to be in-office 5 days a week to maintain our physical office.

Qualifications

Pay

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
