Executive Assistant & Office Manager
About the role
Odyssey partners with state agencies to design, launch, and operate Education Savings Account (ESA) and school choice programs. As one of the fastest‑growing public‑education initiatives in the U.S., ESAs put education funding directly in families’ hands, allowing them to choose schools, tutors, therapy, curriculum, and technology. Odyssey provides the technology, program operations, vendor ecosystem, and family experience that make these programs work at scale. Today the company operates across 10 states, powering programs that serve 250,000+ students and over $2B in annual education funding. Most recently, Odyssey launched the Texas Education Savings Account (EFA) program – the biggest day‑one ESA launch in the country – which has already received nearly 200,000 applications. Backed by investors such as a16z and Tusk Venture Partners, Odyssey sits at the intersection of GovTech, EdTech, and FinTech, delivering civic infrastructure that determines whether families can access life‑changing educational opportunities. The work is hands‑on with state partners and internal product teams, turning ambiguous policy into real systems that families depend on. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our CEO and COO while also owning the day‑to‑day workplace experience for the team. This role suits someone who thrives on creating structure and organized systems, anticipates needs before they're asked, and enjoys the variety of switching between calendar Tetris and stocking the snack shelf.

- Coordinate weekly team lunches and other recurring team events
- Manage office snack/supply ordering and vendor relationships
- Support day‑to‑day office operations and act as first point of contact for workplace‑related questions
- Support the planning and execution of an office expansion and/or full office relocation (anticipated spring 2027), including logistics coordination, vendor communication, and move‑day support
- Help maintain a positive, well‑run office environment as the team scales
