Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct executive support to two or more C-suite leaders — not just calendar management, but genuine strategic partnership
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Superior written and verbal communication — clear, concise, and calibrated to audience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar/scheduling tools (Outlook, Google Workspace, or equivalent)
  • Unimpeachable discretion with confidential information; this is non-negotiable
  • High self-directedness — you drive outcomes, not activity; you don't need to be managed, you need to be pointed
  • Professional, polished presence that reflects well on GSI in every interaction — internal or external
  • Strongly Preferred: 1+ years of facilities or office management experience
  • Strongly Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent career progression that demonstrates intellectual horsepower and professional growth
  • Strongly Preferred: Experience in a fast-scaling, high-performance company — construction, engineering, infrastructure, or field-services industries a significant plus
  • Strongly Preferred: Demonstrated ability to support executives across multiple time zones or geographies

Pay

US pay range for this role: $70,000—$95,000 USD
