About Us

We're Queue, the world's first fully autonomous robotic pharmacy. We go from sealed wholesale bottles to filled, verified prescription vials with zero human involvement. We built Queue because no one should ever have to wait in line for the medicines they need. One in three US pharmacies has shut down. Pharmacists are overworked to a breaking point. And patients are paying the price. Queue fixes that. Pharmacists get to practice pharmacy again — counseling patients, catching interactions, doing the work only they can do. And patients get their prescriptions in 60 seconds or less, any time, anywhere. We’re backed by over $18 million from Alleycorp, Riot Ventures, Ubiquity Ventures, House Capital, and others who believe the pharmacy system is broken and that robotics can fix it. Queue was founded by Nick Desai (6x founder, previously CEO of Heal) and Joshua Liu (previously Tesla, Waymo, and Zipline).

About The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant and Office Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments. You'll be the operational backbone of our Newark office — keeping founders focused, the team running smoothly, and the office humming. You'll wear many hats, switch gears constantly, and take pride in making things happen before anyone else realizes they need to. This is not a role for someone who needs a lot of direction. We want someone who sees what needs to get done and does it.

  • Prepare materials and agendas for meetings with investors, partners, and customers
  • Anticipate needs and proactively remove friction from the founders' days

  • Create a welcoming, organized environment that helps the team do their best work
  • Cook up team events, off-sites, and culture moments

  • Onboarding for new hires and recruiting coordination
  • Help track action items and cross-functional follow-through

  • Calm under pressure with a bias toward action
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • A clear, confident communicator
  • 3+ years in an EA, office management, or operations role; startup experience a strong plus

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Meaningful early-stage equity
  • Health, 401(k), unlimited PTO
