Executive Assistant / Office Manager Location: San Diego, CA 92123 (Onsite) Pay: $35-$45/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMOur nonprofit client is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly professional Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide direct support to the CEO and HR Manager. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, manage critical administrative functions, support Board Members, and help maintain efficient day-to-day office operations.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and HR ManagerManage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationPrepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up materialsDraft professional business correspondence and executive communicationsCoordinate domestic travel arrangements and itinerariesProcess and track expense reportsSupport Board Members with scheduling, communications, and meeting logisticsCreate and edit PowerPoint presentations and executive reportsAssist with office management and daily administrative operationsMaintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion Qualifications Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadershipMinimum 5 years of administrative or office management experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong business writing and correspondence experienceProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProfessional demeanor with strong executive presenceExperience supporting Boards of Directors or Board Members is highly preferredNonprofit experience preferred Technical Skills Microsoft WordMicrosoft OutlookMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft Excel (including expense reporting)SharePointAdobe Acrobat Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is sharp, polished, resourceful, and highly organized.
