About The Role The Executive Administrative Assistant is a vital support role responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance to 2-3 Vice President level leaders based in Atlanta. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The EA will act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, arranging travel, and processing expense reports. The role demands a professional who can anticipate needs, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly across all organizational levels. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the smooth functioning of the executive team’s operations.
