About the Role
This is a temporary, onsite assignment based in New York, NY for a duration of 2 months. The Executive Administrative Assistant will support banking and financial services operations by analyzing business processes, budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting, while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex agendas, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate client, Board, and Regulatory meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle domestic and international travel logistics, expense claims, and expedited travel services.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Prepare and coordinate departmental meetings, events, Town Halls, and Microsoft Teams video conferences.
- Documentation & Communication: Create, edit, and prepare emails, organization charts, presentations, and manage incoming/outgoing communications.
- Visitor & Executive Support: Manage logistics for visitors and provide direct support to senior executives during their visits.
- System Proficiency: Utilize iValua/MyPortal for supplies and IT procurement, MyIAM for access rights approval, and Concur for travel scheduling and expense reporting.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain Outlook distribution lists, track budgets, organize confidential files, and complete ad-hoc projects as requested.
Skills
- Hard Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and productivity tools (iValua, Concur, MyPortal).
- Experience with project management, expense reporting, and administrative support systems.
- Competence in calendar management and travel arrangements.

Pay
$58.59/hour.
