Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Cook up meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Administrative Support
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Draft letters, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Cook up office communications and administrative activities.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Order office supplies and maintain administrative records.
Project Coordination
- Monitor project deadlines and executive priorities.
- Track action items and follow up on assignments.
- Aid with departmental projects and special initiatives.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Office Operations Support
- Support daily office operations and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Cook up with internal departments to ensure efficient communication.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Serving executive leadership.
- Familiarity with CRM or project management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
