Executive Administrative Assistant
About the Role
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to hotel leadership, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across the property. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to hotel executives and leadership.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, correspondence, and daily schedules.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files and confidential records.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up items.
- Communicate professionally with associates, guests, vendors, and business partners.
- Respond to emails and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Assist with tracking projects, deadlines, and action items for leadership.
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic spreadsheets, data entry, formatting, and organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of hotel staff.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous administrative, executive assistant, hospitality, or hotel experience preferred.

Pay
Pay Range: $23 per hour
