Position Summary
ISEC is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO, CFO, COO, and executive team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and executive support tasks and work independently.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides diversified administrative support to the Executive leadership team including scheduling, travel arrangements, curating activities, planning dinners and lunches, travel itineraries, and coordination of meetings.
- Prepares meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, performs document version control, edits and proofreads documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Anticipates executive needs and proactively resolves issues before escalation. Recommends and takes action to proactively resolve challenges.
- Orders catering, snacks, and meeting supplies; manages restaurant reservations and private dining requests.
- Executes board, executive, and leadership meetings from end to end. Owns meeting room setup, cleanup, maintenance, and AV readiness.
- Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers and subject matter experts.
- Maintains frequently changing calendar(s) for the Executive Leadership team.
- Consistently follows through on deadlines and projects, taking initiative on all work requests, providing status updates to managers and team as needed.
- Champion for ISEC values and culture, works with all levels to develop a positive employee culture.
- Manages executive expense submission, reimbursement, and coding. Reviews expenses for policy compliance, accuracy, redundancy, and completeness.
- Follows up on missing, unclear, or non-compliant items through resolution.
- Demonstrates flexibility and teamwork as a collaborative member of the Administrative Team, proactively supports duties and initiatives to ensure consistent executive and office support.
- Performs special projects and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education/Experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant capacity
- Minimum Qualifications: High School 2 – 4 years in an Executive Administrative Assistant capacity
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Intermediate to advance skills and proven experience with desktop applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.) used in producing reports, analysis, recommendations, and solutions.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational, communcation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively under deadlines
- Ability to lift or push up to 20 pounds
