About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistance - Human Resources to support two Vice Presidents in the HR department — VP of Talent Acquisition and VP of Talent Development & Inclusion. This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering a salary range of $77,900 to $103,800, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting various strategic projects within the HR function. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while also collaborating closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Supporting senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Executive Assistant will play a vital role in facilitating communication, optimizing schedules, and ensuring the successful execution of HR initiatives and company-wide projects.
