A highly regarded Ohio-based law firm is seeking a senior-level Commercial Real Estate transactional attorney to join its busy and growing practice. This is an opportunity for an attorney who can step into sophisticated real estate matters, lead deals, and work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, well-established group.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and related real estate matters
• Cook up deal teams, manage closings, and serve as a key client contact on active matters
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners while independently driving matters forward
• Provide practical, business-minded counsel in a fast-paced transactional environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience leading deals and managing matters with limited supervision
• Admission to practice in Ohio, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted

Location

Cleveland is strongly preferred, though candidates in Columbus or Cincinnati may also be considered.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive with the Ohio market and commensurate with experience. Compensation range starts at $250,000. Counsel-level compensation will depend on experience, title, and candidate expectations.
