Associate Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions and property management issues.
• Conduct due diligence for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Research applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to facilitate successful outcomes.
• Represent clients in real estate-related disputes and litigation as necessary.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
