About the role

A respected Atlanta business law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate (1+ years of experience) to join its commercial real estate practice. This is a hands-on role working directly with experienced partners on day-to-day transactional work in a collaborative, lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development
• Be involved in deals from start to finish
• Gain meaningful client exposure early in your career

Requirements

• 1+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience
• Strong law school credentials
• Strong drafting and organization skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
