We are partnering with an established Philadelphia law firm to hire a Commercial Real Estate & Finance Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of experience. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial loan documentation.
- Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial lease agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and assist with all phases of commercial real estate transactions.
- Cook up with lenders, developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and title companies to facilitate successful closings.
- Provide practical legal counsel to clients throughout each stage of the transaction.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission.
- 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
- Experience with commercial loan documentation.
- Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions and sales.
- Commercial leasing experience.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions while delivering exceptional client service.

This is an in-office position based in Philadelphia. The firm's Real Estate team places a strong emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and working closely together on sophisticated transactions.
