About the role

The Exception Processor manages supplier invoice exceptions to support accurate and timely payments. This role involves researching and resolving complex discrepancies, collaborating with business partners and suppliers, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure efficient accounts payable operations.

Responsibilities

• Process, research, and resolve supplier invoice exceptions to facilitate timely payments.
• Apply knowledge of 2-way and 3-way invoice matching and purchase order processing.
• Collaborate with business partners and suppliers to resolve complex invoice exception issues.
• Review supplier statements and investigate discrepancies involving open invoices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant job-specific experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Windows, multi-screen computer setups, and web browsers.
• Ability to complete required training and perform responsibilities effectively in a remote workstation environment.
• Strong self-discipline, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $21.31–$28.84.
